You can’t be cheated or ripped off anymore by merchants, either on the products you buy or on the services rendered to you! But note that you cannot win alone, the reason we need to join forces together to win the battle for value on all we pay for by our HARD-EARNED MONEY! Hence, the birth of Customers Actions Forum (CUSTOMAF).

- Advocating and ensuring value for customers’ hard-earned money and sternly making sure by all means possible that no customer is ripped off of such money.
- Sustaining the kingly status of customers and supporting standard-maintaining business by mediation and justice seeking by all means possible.

Please note the instances explaining the difference between the Quality Assurance of products/services and value for customers’ money in our own term:
- Cable TV may give quality service but when there is no electricity, customers may be denied of value for their money, hence, CUSTOMAF fights for and ensures pay-as-you-go or use instead of prepaid.
- The bands A, B, C, D and E operated by electricity distribution companies are rip-off for those using prepaid and post-paid meters as the billers’ usual term of paying more for using more electricity in some areas on the bands does not justify value for the hard-earned customers’ money. It is expected of a meter to meter/measure energy used per time, whether used excessively or manageably by customers. Of course, the light goes off whenever a customer exhausts the value of energy/electricity purchased and the better for the billers!. Then why the bands?
Membership
1. Customaf Core Members (CCM): These are officially registered members of the forum who had joined formally by filling out a membership form on our website. You can access and also fill out the form here if you so wish to join the movement, it is 100% FREE. This set of members must have also joined our WhatsApp group and following us on other social media platforms to ensure the fulfilment of the vision and implementation of the objectives of the forum together. Core members can become officials of the forum in the future, that is, they can hold strategic positions for the smooth running of the forum. Also, apart from enjoying quicker response ahead of other members whenever they have issues with any merchant or service provider, they can also enjoy discounted rates on ad campaigns or promotions via our platforms – CUSTOMAFcare and matterMATTERS247 websites or any of our social media platforms.
2. Customaf Supporting Members (CSM): These are also prestigious members of the forum who have only joined our WhatsApp group and following us on other social media platforms to ensure the fulfilment of the vision and implementation of the objectives of the forum together. They can only enjoy quick response over the Public Spectators (PS) whenever they have issues with any merchant or service provider. Of course, no action will be taken on behalf of any non-member, it is either you are CCM or CSM to be attended to for managerial purposes. More so, there are so many people out there with issues, taking care of all indiscriminately could be cumbersome. So, we manage this challenge by the membership restriction. The CSM cannot hold any post of the forum nor enjoy discounted rates on ads campaign or promotions via our platforms – CUSTOMAFcare and matterMATTERS247 sites or any of our social media platforms. You don’t need to fill out any form to join CSM, you only need to follow us on our social media platforms here and join our WhatsApp forum here.
3. Customaf Volunteers (CV): Both the CCM and CSM can register here as Customaf Volunteers. The volunteers are considered first to tackle issues being raised per time by members as we must have known their different fields of operations to engage them on. For instance, financial experts to tackle the issue emanating from banks; relevant engineers and managers to tackle issues emanating from electricity providers; data analyst and telecom engineers to tackle issues emanating from telecommunication providers; marketing managers and accountants to tackle different related issues relating to market value and prices of products and services, etc. The CV’s work is basically on pro bono, they may only be encouraged sometimes with a token of allowance or may not be paid at all. The joy derived is that we all move together for a better society free of exploitations and rip-off. Other things enjoyed by the volunteers are that they stand a very good chance of our recommendation for good business deals relating to their fields, employment opportunities, etc. each time such come up.
